Dapur Umami - Bakso Tahu

Bahan-bahan :

- 200 g daging giling
- 8 bh tahu kulit
- 1 btg seledri
- 100 g tepung tapioka
- 1 sdt baking powder
- 2 bks Masako® Rasa Sapi (13 g)
- 100 g es batu
- 2 L air (1 L untuk merebus bakso, 1 L untuk kuah bakso)
Pelengkap : Soun, mie, bawang goreng, dan daun bawang.

Cara Membuat :

1. Cincang seledri. Kerat tahu di tengah. Hancurkan es batu.
2. Haluskan es batu, campur dengan daging giling dan Masako® Rasa Sapi (1bks), haluskan lagi.
3. Campur adonan, baking powder, tapioka, dan seledri, aduk rata.
4. Isi tahu dengan adonan. Rebus Bakso Tahu hingga matang, angkat, dan sisihkan.
5. Kuah: Panaskan air, masukkan Masako® Rasa Sapi (1 bks), masak hingga mendidih, angkat.
6. Tata soun/mie dan bakso, tambahkan kuah, taburi pelengkap, dan sajikan.
